We select lean sides, hand-rub them with sugar cure and slowly smoke them over hickory wood, just like your grandfather did – if you were lucky enough to grow up in the Ozarks! You can order regular old fashioned bacon or you can try our peppered bacon – we add cracked black pepper to the cure for you.
